S&T AG: Michael Dvorak is Head of Investor Relations

New key contact for the financial community at S&T

In October 2009 Michael Dvorak (34) has taken over the position of Head of Investor Relations for S&T Group. This makes him responsible for the financial communication and relationships with investors and analysts, as well as S&T's entire capital market community. His tasks are to significantly extend S&T's activities in this area.
In his most recent position Michael Dvorak was Head of Corporate Finance Team, Equity Capital Markets CEE at Raiffeisen Centrobank AG, the Austria-based investment bank focused on the Central and Eastern European market since 2007. His prime responsibilities included the analysis and consulting of companies in projects relating to the capital markets and in international transactions.

His previous career steps included KPMG where Michael worked as Associate and Assistant Manager in Corporate Finance (2001-2007) and CAIB Investment Bank (International Equity Capital Markets and Equity Sales). He holds a Master title from Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration in Commercial Sciences.
