Hypobank

Hypobank have been established in August, 10th, 2006. The structure of the Bank shareholders are 11 legal and 5 physical persons. Legal persons own 99, 81 % of shares, the rest belongs to private persons, citizens of Ukraine and the USA.

The basic activity of the bank is the private clients servicing, creation of joint projects with the financial, trading, building and transport companies to provide the quality of the given services, develop the sales and products hi-tech channels in order to economize the time and improve of service quality.
